The quiet country roads are unmarked. In winter when there is snow, an all-wheel drive is recommended. There is no cell phone service at the cabin, but T-Mobile and AT&T coverage are available in Franklin, WV. A landline with local calling and WiFi are provided for your convenience.

While neighboring houses are visible in the distance, the setting remains peaceful and quiet—perfect for enjoying brilliant starry skies on clear nights. The town of Franklin is just a 20-minute drive away, offering a full-service grocery store, gas stations, Family Dollar, a laundromat, and a variety of dining and shopping options.

Our stay at this little cabin in Pendleton County was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a peaceful retreat tucked away in the mountains. Surrounded by the quiet beauty of the farms and the West Virginia mountains, it was the perfect place to slow down, enjoy nature, and disconnect from the noise of everyday life. The mornings were especially memorable coffee outside with the fresh mountain air and complete tranquility also with a hot tub. The hosts clearly put a lot of care into the cabin and making guests feel welcome. Every detail felt intentional and comfortable, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home. Me and my fiancé had such a great stay at the cabin! It was cozy, very clean, and had such a comfortable atmosphere. Everything felt so homey and welcoming! The cabin was exactly how it was described, had even more than we expected. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back to stay again! I can’t recommend this cabin enough!

My Fiancée and I enjoyed our stay at Ebenezer Cabin! The home was cozy, clean and comfortable. The homemade sourdough bread was absolutely delicious. The stars from the hot tub were our favorite part. Would recommend for anyone looking to unwind and unplug for the weekend!

The cabin is just like the pictures! Along with homemade bread and honey, the host lays out birdfood and corn outside to encourage visits from the local wildlife. We saw numerous birds and deer and even a fox in the distance. The home is cozy and comes with everything you may need in the kitchen.

Ebenezer Cabin was the perfect place for my wife and I to stay for our anniversary getaway. Cozy and warm, very clean, and an amazing hot tub. I didn’t even know I liked bird watching so much, but I found myself spending a lot of time in front of the window looking at the bird feeders. The kitchen is impressively stocked including a generous supply of K-cups for your morning coffee, and spices for preparing meals. Overall a wonderful experience. We will return.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! It was so comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The fresh sourdough and honey was such a thoughtful touch, and the hot tub at night was absolutely perfect. Everything was cozy, relaxing, clean, and exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway.
